Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Snapdragon Accounts, available at snapdragonaccounts.com (the "Service"), operated by SnapDragon Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

Snapdragon Accounts is an accounting add-on for YEMPay users. You import transaction data (such as CSV files exported from YEMPay), and we provide ledgers, reports, statements, and exports based on that data. We are not affiliated with YEMPay. The Service is a bookkeeping tool, not an accounting, tax, audit, or legal advisory service, and nothing it produces constitutes financial, accounting, or tax advice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans (monthly or annual). Plans may include a free trial period, after which your chosen plan is charged. Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record; Polar handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (such as VAT/sales tax). We do not store your card details. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice; price changes do not apply retroactively to a paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the transaction data you import. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you upload and for having the right to process it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. You may export your data at any time in supported formats (CSV/PDF).

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to process data you have no right to process, to misrepresent financial records, to break any law, or to interfere with the Service's operation (including probing or overloading it). We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its content are owned by SnapDragon Enterprises LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to the Service except to use it as intended.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example YEMPay for transaction exports, Polar for billing, and cloud infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and changes or outages in third-party services may affect the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We do not warrant that reports and figures derived from your imported data are complete, accurate, or suitable for tax or regulatory filing — always verify against your own records. Reports depend entirely on the data you import.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; export your data before closing your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
